"Spanish. Outstanding meal, genuinely amazing. We did the long tasting menu that they offer and everything was absurd. Very reasonably priced for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Waitresses were so nice and all wore blue aprons. Restaurant is essentially on a farm. Highly recommend, even if it means going out of your way to try this place." We hear it is worth the journey. You can take a 75-minute bus to Bilbao and a 15-minute taxi strictly for this restaurant.

Good spot for dinner. We like the jambon iberico croissants, their famous mushroom and egg yolk dish, foie
gras toast, tuna belly carpaccio, and sausage puff pastry. All great! Has a Michelin star but is not crazy expensive. Prepare to wait in line. Arrive early, like 6:45 if you want to get in early.
