A Zermatt institution! "The local lamb is one of the most famous dishes served at the Restaurant. Grilled on an open fire grill, tuned with local herbs and spices it get this incomparable taste, which can only be found here. The grand final every evening is topped with a live performance from the singer and artist Dan Daniell, the son of Heini."

Champagne Hut
Located off of Trail 2, on Sunnedga Mountain, it’s like the “Veuve Hut” that’s all over TikTok, great view of the Matterhorn if it’s a bluebird day. One glass of Veuve is 20francs, great spot to chill at 3pm for a glass and then it’s a 5 min ski down to the bottom!
